The operator opens the power switch on the test surface of the universal hydraulic testing machine, and the tester is connected to the power supply. Enter the test method selection interface. Test parameters selection interface using upper and lower arrow moving selection test method.
Select compression test or bending. After selection, press confirm to enter the test parameters set interface.
Parameters to be set: test speed, return speed, automatic return, width, length, constant deformation, constant stress.
Compression test and bending test when "constant deformation" has a set value, the fixed deformation is taken as the test method.
When the machine reaches the fixed deformation value, the machine automatically stops down and records the corresponding force value of the fixed deformation.
If the hydraulic universal testing machine wants to do the constant stress test, it must set the "constant deformation" to 0, and then the "constant stress" setting value, in order to use the constant stress as the test method, when the machine reaches the fixed stress value, The machine stops automatically and records the deformation value corresponding to the fixed stress.
When the "constant deformation" and "constant stress" values are 0, the machine will stop automatically after fracture.
If you need to modify the contents of the higher menu, you can press the parameter key, return to the next level of interface to modify, and then press the confirmation button to confirm and enter the next level of interface.
Adjustment space: place the sample on the lower pressure plate, press the up, down and stop keys to stop the upper pressure plate to the right position.
